On August 28, 2023, Dubai Homes Vietnam business leaders signed a partnership agreement with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry to facilitate and develop the Dubai Homes Expo Vietnam 2024.

In his career as an architect, Lee has experience in a spectrum of project types, from residential to commercial retail and resort architecture. Lee’s strong management and communications skills has allowed him to lead projects involving the owner’s management team, a multitude of consultants, state-side authority personnel, and the general contractor. Lee oversees all the moving parts that form the expo for Dubai Homes Vietnam.
Mr. Hieu Minh Nguyen (Victor) is the Director of Operations. Victor has almost 2 decades of experience in the Vietnamese real estate market. Starting in sales and moving up to Sales Director for several real estate companies in Ho Chi Minh City. Victor has been the chairman of many companies and was recently the Business Development Director for Thanh Nien Holdings. With his in depth knowledge of the Vietnamese real estate market, he has trained many sales teams and sales managers of several companies in Vietnam. Victor coordinates all event-day tasks to ensure a successful launch for Dubai Homes Vietnam.
